Deposit Without a Handover
A courier completes the delivery into the box. Nobody has to be home, and nothing has to be signed for.
Almost every failed home delivery fails for the same reason: it needed a person standing behind the door at a moment nobody could predict. ParcellBox® is a box at your entrance that a courier can deposit into and lock, and that you open later with a code.
One per-home unit for parcel deliveries — no handover, no signature, no delivery window.
Four steps, and only one of them involves you — which is the whole point. The delivery completes whether you are in or not.
They deliver to the address as normal, with no appointment and nobody waiting in for them.
The courier deposits it into the box and it locks. The delivery is complete at that point.
A message goes out with a single-use OTP for the parcel that has just been deposited.
You open the box with the code whenever you get home. No window, no re-attempt, no neighbour.
Home deliveries fail because they need a person present at an unpredictable moment. Every one of these follows from removing that requirement.
A courier completes the delivery into the box. Nobody has to be home, and nothing has to be signed for.
The household opens the box with a single-use code, so the parcel is released to the person it is for.
A message goes out the moment something is deposited, rather than a card through the door afterwards.
The parcel sits secured inside the box instead of on a porch, behind a gate or with a neighbour.
Deliveries stop having to be arranged around somebody being in, which is what makes them fail.
A per-home unit sized for an individual house or villa rather than a shared bank in a lobby.
A unit at the entrance of a single home.
Per-home boxes along a shared street frontage.
Per-home units where residents would rather not use a shared bank.
Addresses a courier will not attempt twice.
Work deliveries that should not wait on the porch.
Addresses nobody is at on the day of delivery.

Specifying for a whole building or community rather than one home? The locker bank is the product — see the Lockera smart locker system.
They deposit the parcel into the box and it locks. The delivery is complete at that point — there is no handover, no signature and no need for anyone to be home, which removes the reason most home deliveries fail.
You get a notification with a single-use OTP as soon as something is deposited. You enter it at the box whenever you get home and it opens. The code is for that parcel, so it cannot be reused afterwards.
It stays locked inside the box from the moment the courier deposits it until you collect it. That is the point of the product: the alternative is a parcel left on a porch, pushed behind a gate, or handed to whoever happens to be next door.
Capacity depends on the variant, and it is confirmed for your home before installation rather than quoted from a standard sheet. If most of what you receive is a particular size, say so at survey and it will be specified around that.
At the entrance, gate or porch, wherever a courier already comes to. Placement, power and connectivity are all confirmed at the site survey, since those vary more between homes than anything else about the product.
No. The box is designed so that a courier who has never seen one before can complete a delivery into it without installing anything or being registered in advance.
Each deposit is notified separately with its own code. How many parcels the box holds at once depends on the variant and their sizes, which is part of what gets specified for your home at survey.
ParcellBox is a per-home unit at your own entrance. A Lockera locker bank is a shared, configurable grid of compartments for a building, campus or site where deliveries arrive for many people at one address. If you are specifying for a whole community rather than one home, the locker bank is the product.
Lockera does. The same team that surveys the site installs the unit and supports it afterwards, so there is no separate installer or service contract to arrange.
Tell us the address type and what usually arrives, and we will specify a unit for it.
ParcellBox is designed, installed and supported by Lockera.
