Smart Locker Hardware
Modular steel cabinets engineered in-house, built for parcels, assets and secure storage across indoor, outdoor and semi-outdoor environments.
Steel cabinets are the visible half of a deployment. What decides whether it still works in year three is the platform behind the doors, the integrations into the systems you already run, and the team that turns up when a lock needs replacing. Lockera is all three, from one accountable supplier.
Modular steel hardware, the LockeraOS cloud platform, and lifecycle support from site survey to daily operations.
Successful smart locker deployments need more than hardware. Lockera combines the cabinet, the cloud platform and the field team, so no part of the system is somebody else’s problem when it stops working.
Modular steel cabinets engineered in-house, built for parcels, assets and secure storage across indoor, outdoor and semi-outdoor environments.
One dashboard for every locker, user and door, with real-time monitoring, workflow automation and complete audit trails across all locations.
One accountable team from site survey to daily operations — we install, monitor, maintain and upgrade every deployment for its entire life.
A locker bank is not one product but a configuration. Compartment mix, siting, connectivity and finish are all specified for the site rather than taken off a shelf.
Steel cabinets built up from modules, so a bank is sized to the site rather than to a catalogue.
Door sizes and counts specified around what actually moves through your site.
Indoor, outdoor and semi-outdoor placements, specified at survey.
Wired, Wi-Fi or 4G, whichever the site can support.
Custom layouts, finishes and branding so the bank belongs to the building.
Electronic locks and door sensors wired, validated and QA-checked before it ships.
Access methods are assignable per user group, so a courier, an employee and a resident can each get the way in that suits them while every opening lands in the same log.
Scanned at the unit, tied to the person the item is for.
A single-use code, useful when there is no app to install.
The card a member or employee already carries.
Open from the phone, with the collection history attached.
Keypad entry on the unit for people and for couriers.
Methods assigned per user group, so every audience gets the right way in.
Every locker bank connects to the Lockera cloud platform. Administrators manage users, permissions and workflows centrally while end users simply collect.
Device and door status across every location, live.
Allocation, notification and reminders without a manual step in between.
Every transaction logged and auditable, per door and per person.
Automatic messages when an item arrives and as its window closes.
Every site, user and locker from a single dashboard.
Local teams see their own site; head office sees the network.

Physical dimensions, environmental ratings and hold-over times depend on the configuration and are specified per site at survey rather than quoted from a standard sheet.
One accountable team from the first site survey to daily operations — the same people who design the system install it and keep it running.
We study parcel volume, site flow, compartment mix, cabinet placement, branding, power, network and the user journey.
We fabricate the steel cabinets, finish panels, wire electronics and connectivity, install locks, validate sensors and complete QA.
We transport, install, map every door, configure the platform, test pickup flows and train your administrators before launch.
We monitor device health, resolve alerts, maintain hardware, improve utilisation and deliver continuous software upgrades.
The same hardware and platform, configured around a different handover in each sector. Every industry has its own page.
Three layers from one supplier: the locker hardware, the LockeraOS cloud platform that runs it, and the field team that surveys, installs and maintains it. You are not integrating a cabinet from one company with software from another and a service contract from a third.
At the site survey. We study what actually moves through the site — parcel volumes, item sizes, peak patterns and the flow of people past the unit — and specify the compartment mix around that. A bank is a configuration rather than a catalogue item, so the mix can also change later as a site's traffic changes.
Yes. Units are specified for indoor, outdoor and semi-outdoor placements, and the siting is decided at survey along with power and connectivity. Exact environmental specification depends on the configuration and is quoted per site.
QR codes, one-time passwords, RFID cards, PIN entry and the mobile app. Methods are assignable per user group, so a courier, an employee and a resident can each get the way in that suits them while every opening still lands in the same log.
Units carry battery backup, so people can still open their compartments during an outage using offline codes, and every opening is reconciled to the log once connectivity returns. Nothing is stranded inside a locker because the network dropped.
Lockera exposes APIs for allocation, notification, collection events and reporting, with integration options for ERP, WMS, HRMS, e-commerce, property management, courier platforms and access control. The aim is that a locker event appears inside the software your team already uses rather than in a separate tool.
Yes. The platform is built for multi-location deployments: every site, user and locker is visible from one dashboard, with role-based access so local teams see their own site while head office sees the whole network.
Preventive maintenance, remote monitoring and diagnostics, firmware and software upgrades, and on-site field service. The same team that surveys and installs the deployment keeps it running, so there is no handover to a third party once it goes live.
Yes. Layouts, finishes and branding are customisable, and they are decided in the design stage alongside the compartment mix and siting rather than applied afterwards.
Start with a site survey. We map the volumes, the flow and the compartment mix before anyone quotes a cabinet.
Lockera designs, builds, deploys and operates every layer of your smart locker network.
